We have the following sizes readily available in Black and white for Frosted Zipper Bags. We can do 1 OR 2 color Screen Printing and deliver it for an MOQ of 500 of these bags. If you want a custom size, we can do that as well for an MOQ of 5000 bags.

We offer cardboard material options ranging from 210 GSM to 400 GSM. We can work with even thicker cardboard by pasting these. Our cardboard Material is food-grade.
We work with Eflute Cardboard. You can have up to 7ply corrugation with us. We can paste cardboard on top of it with your personalized printing.
Rigid Stock, also known as hardboard. We provide rigid stock starting from 1000GSM up to 3000GSM.

Due to price and ease of these ziplock bags are commonly used for Apparel Packaging. It is also used in retail packaging. We use recycled material for the zipper bags. We have ready-made stock available for the commonly used sizes that is mentioned above. However, if you require custom sizes, we can custom-frosted zipper bags on demand as well.
For a lower quantity of 500 bags, we use screen printing. However, if you have higher quantity requirements, we will use flexo printing, which will provide cost efficiencies and accuracy in bulk printing requirements.
