Material Option in Cardboard Boxes

We use food-grade material in cardboard boxes, also known as bleach card. We have stock options available from 220 GSM (10pt) to 350 GSM (20pt). If your requirement is for more strength, we have a pasting machine that can enhance the strength. For instance, to get 450 GSM thickness, we can paste 10pt cardboard paper, and we reach that requirement. So we can do it up to 800 GSM (40pt). Going beyond that would come in the Hardboard Rigid Boxes category.

Printing & Finishing Options in Cardboard

Offset printing is the ultimate choice for custom-printed cardboard boxes. It is cost-effective and gives good results. To protect the printing, Gloss or Matte lamination is generally used. For premium lamination, we also have an option for soft-touch lamination. Other than that, you can have emboss/deboss, Spot UV,, and gold/silver foiling options as well.
