We deal with custom-printed corrugated boxes. You can have the box in your custom box style and size, and you can have personalized printing on the box.

Popular Corrugated Box Styles

We can work with any custom style; however, the commonly used corrugated box style includes

1. Corrugated Mailer Box – This is one of the most commonly used box styles, used for Apparel Packaging, E-commerce Packaging, and can be used for any sort of product packaging
2. Shipping Cartons – The Boxes you mostly see during moving.
3. Pizza Boxes – Pizza boxes are made of corrugated material
4. Tuck Boxes – Products with big sizes are done in Tuck Box style, with corrugated material for better strength
5. Two Piece Box – Corrugated boxes can be made in 2 pieces as well. Generally, the tray is of corrugated cardboard. It can be a flat pack. Lid can either be of same corrugated cardboard, Or just cardboard material as well.

Material Options for Corrugated Boxes

Corrugated boxes are made up of fluting. We use E Fluting as it provides the best strength and finishing among other options. To make a 3 ply box, we use a single layer of fluting (A single layer is referred to as 2 ply), and on top of that, we paste 220 GSM Cardboard, making it 3 ply. To make 5ply, we paste 2 layers of fluting and cardboard, and for 7 ply we apply 3 layers of fluting, and then cardboard is pasted.  We can add extra ply by pasting cardboard on the inside of the box as well.

Custom Printing Options in Corrugation

For Mailer boxes, generally, we do offset printing and lamination on the cardboard sheet that is pasted on the fluting. It gives a premium finish on the boxes. However, for large cartons, a screen-printed Logo can be done to save cost. We have other premium finishing options as well to enhance the visuals of the custom corrugated boxes.
