Material of Rigid Boxes

Rigid boxes are made from Hardboard, with a thickness starting from 1000 GSM, which is suitable for small-sized boxes. For regular-sized boxes, we generally use 1500-1600 GSM Hardboard. The thickness can range up to 3000 GSM, which we use for large-sized boxes for better strength. 128 GSM Paper is custom-printed and pasted on top of this hardboard.

Finishing Options

As 128 GSM paper is pasted on hardboard, your finishing, printing, and personalization apply to that paper. It can be custom printed via offset, digital, OR Screen Printing. Further premium finishing options of Gold Foiling, Embossing, Silver foiling, OR UV printing can also be worked on it.

Luxury Rigid Boxes

For brands where packaging is part of the product experience, our luxury rigid boxes combine premium hardboard construction with high-end finishing that matches the standards of premium brands. The combination of thick rigid stock, soft-touch lamination, gold foil stamping, and interior velvet or silk lining creates a tactile first impression that disposable carton packaging simply cannot achieve.

Popular luxury finishing combinations:

  • Matte lamination + gold foil logo + embossed brand name
  • Soft-touch lamination + debossed logo + velvet insert
  • Gloss lamination + spot UV + inside lid printing with brand message
  • Black rigid box + silver foil + ribbon pull
