We provide Rigid Drawer Box in custom sizes and printing options. The tray for such a box is made of hardboard, and a ribbon is attached for opening it. For the sleeve, it can be in hardboard, OR if you are looking for a budget solution, we can do it in cardboard as well. We offer cardboard material options ranging from 210 GSM to 400 GSM. We can work with even thicker cardboard by pasting these. Our cardboard Material is food-grade.
We work with Eflute Cardboard. You can have up to 7ply corrugation with us. We can paste cardboard on top of it with your personalized printing.
Rigid Stock, also known as hardboard. We provide rigid stock starting from 1000GSM up to 3000GSM.

There are 2 ways these boxes can be made
1- Hardboard Tray and Hardboard Sleeve – Premium Option
2- Hardboard Tray and Cardboard Sleeve – Budgeted Option
3- Cardboard tray and cardboard Sleeve – Cost Effective Option
In the first 2 options, the boxes are sent as pre-assembled so takes storage and shipping charges, also increases, especially for big size boxes. In the 3rd option, it is sent as a flat pack, so it saves storage and shipping costs as well. Howeve,r it can only be used for small-sized boxes as it is bit filmsy as compared to hardboard tray.
